Scheduloo ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our scheduling service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Account information you provide when you sign up: name, email address, password and profile details.
  • Booking information from you and your invitees: names, email addresses, selected times, and any details entered when scheduling.
  • Payment information where paid bookings are used. Payments are processed by third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Razorpay); we do not store full card details.
  • Usage and device data such as pages viewed, referral source and basic analytics needed to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

To create and manage accounts, process and confirm bookings, send confirmations and reminders, take payments where applicable, provide analytics to hosts, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the service working. Hosts may add their own analytics or advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics) to their booking pages; that data is governed by the host's and the respective provider's policies.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Scheduloo (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payment gateways, calendar sync) and where required by law. Booking details are shared between the invitee and the host of that booking page.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
